1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document accurately.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at Jili Mines, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to every aspect of your use of the platform — browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and any communications with our support team.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of jili mines after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

To register and play at Jili Mines, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jili Mines strictly does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial accounts are not permitted.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to your location to participate in online gaming. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful where you are based.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Jili Mines employee or affiliated partner in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded or prohibited from the platform due to a prior account closure or breach of these terms.

Jili Mines reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements above will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the verified payment source where possible.

4 Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at Jili Mines. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or the same household — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jili Mines support immediately at support@jilimines.net.
• You must update your account details promptly if your contact information changes.

5 Deposits

Deposits at Jili Mines are made in Philippine Pesos (₱) through the following supported payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above ₱500,000 may require additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. During periods of high traffic or payment processor delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Jili Mines does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for gameplay may not be subject to any wagering requirement for withdrawal, unless a deposit bonus has been accepted.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 60 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

6 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw available funds from their Jili Mines account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 30 minutes during regular operating hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM PST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals above ₱50,000 will be processed.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.
• Jili Mines reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending standard security checks. We will always notify you if a withdrawal is being reviewed and provide an estimated resolution time.
• Withdrawals to payment methods that were not used for a deposit may require additional verification documents.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Jili Mines regularly offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms that accompany each individual promotion, which are published on the Promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players upon making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount and applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x before winnings derived from them become withdrawable. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x requirement means ₱10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited to your account if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before fulfilling the requirements of a current one may void the original bonus.
• Referral Bonuses: Governed by the specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referrals must be genuine new players — self-referral using secondary accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Jili Mines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance where possible.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Jili Mines platform — including online bingo, jackpot slots, sports betting, esports betting, boxing betting, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface, in addition to these general terms.

• All random outcomes in slots, bingo, and other chance-based games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with gaming standards.
• Odds, payout rates, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Jili Mines does not manipulate these figures.
• In sports and esports betting, jili mines reserves the right to limit bet sizes, suspend markets, and void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or where evidence of match manipulation is present.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, Jili Mines will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately before the interruption. If restoration is not possible, bets placed during the interrupted round will be refunded.
• Bet settlements are final once a game round or event has concluded. Disputes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the settlement date.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jili Mines platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in bingo rooms or live table games
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or in violation of anti-money-laundering laws
• Using the platform in a way that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or platform staff
• Attempting to launder money or use Jili Mines for any purpose that circumvents financial regulations
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing another person to operate your account
• Creating a referral account in your own name or under false identities to claim referral bonuses

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Jili Mines reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• At the verified request of the account holder themselves

Where an account is closed due to a breach, Jili Mines may withhold some or all funds pending investigation. Funds not subject to a breach may be returned to the player's verified payment method after review. Jili Mines will notify the player of the closure and the reason, where permitted by law and investigation constraints.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@jilimines.net. Available balances will be returned to the verified payment method within five business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

Jili Mines is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used for deposits or gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you believe gaming is no longer healthy for you. Jili Mines will honour self-exclusion requests immediately and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

Jili Mines collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering with jili mines, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, legal compliance, and the delivery of platform services.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili Mines platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of Jili Mines or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Jili Mines platform without prior written consent.

14 Limitation of Liability

Jili Mines provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable, fast, and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and do not accept liability for losses caused by:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Decisions made by you in the course of gameplay that result in financial loss
• Actions of third parties that affect your access to the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili Mines' total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with Jili Mines support shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
